Just wondering because I haven't gotten a single skin shard since the preseason update. I own pretty much every champion and have nothing else to spend this on save rune pages. At least bring back the ability to buy chromas or something. I get it's a business but why introduce a feature and then remove it, especially one that drove so many people to play the game?

I extremely rarely get skin shards now, idk why they nerfed orange essence disenchant values had I not discenchanted my skins from earlier this year before the update I would probably never get enough orange essence for anything if I actually get a skin I would like
Ultimomos1 votesYea it's a little ridiculous. I get that Riot doesn't HAVE to give us free skins, but it just seems kinda shady to introduce the reward which encourages playing their game only to remove it.
If I could buy chromas with blue essence I think it would be fair. At least then I would have to buy a skin for the specific chroma set. It's no wonder nobody buys the things.
