Champ Texture Bug

For some reason I am getting texture issues with specific champs and skins. They appear very muddy and its frustrating knowing I paid money for an aesthetic upgrade I can't appreciate. I've contacted riot customer support twice about this issue and all they've done is refer me to these boards. I don't see how that will resolve the issue. Do I just have to reinstall the game? I really don't know what else to do...please rito
