Skin Texture Bug (SECOND POST)

I recently reported this problem to Riot...twice. They referred me to these boards. This is my second time posting. NOTHING has been fixed. Riot, I'm starting to get a little pissed off. I paid money for these skins and champions. This has even happened with Ekko. I don't know whats going on or how to fix it and I would hope that you all would but I've been ignored continually. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled to fix this problem, FIX THIS RIOT PLEASE
