items are the problem more than the champions or the champions kits. Switching crit marksman to caster based is not the way to go, you already have those characters. He does bring up some good points on the item changes though. Adding a small amount of AD to the zeal items to help your abilities scale will definitely help in the mid game. Look at the current items:

IE - 72% gold efficient then gains 11% for every 10% crit chance (you need 30% crit chance to get to 105%) RFC - 76% without its passive Shiv - 81% without its passive Runnans - 88% without its passive PD - 93% without passive ; 103% when near an enemy champion Lord Doms - 50% gold efficient base ; 100% when the enemy has more than 102 armor Mortal Rem - 50% gold efficient base ; 100% when the enemy has more than 140 armor Beserkers Grieves - 128% BORK - 89% gold efficient base; 100% when the target has more than 365 hp (no active included) BT -101% no passive; 128% with passive fully stacked Merc Sim - 81% without its passive Stormrazor - 106% without its passive; 135% with passive

I think the simplest thing to do is just reduce the gold cost of some of the items (not by much 50-300 max depending on the item) and making them closer to 100% gold value with all of the passive included. I would start with the zeal items. Average game time is ~27-30 minutes. @25 min in game time with 5 kills and 5 assists and 200 cs you have about 9.7k gold which is item 1055 item 3006 item 3095 item 3094 item 1037 item 1038 with 550 gold in the bank.

Looking at the potential IE changes 5k IE - 107% gold efficient without the bonus crit % 40% crit IE - 114% gold efficient without bonus crit %

They are giving us decent options but we need to see the final renditions of this.

As of right now you can go Storm, RFC, and IE for 9k gold giving you - 60% crit, 130 AD, 65% AS (208 Damage per attack average) Or you go IE, Zeal, Competed zeal for 7.5k gold gold giving you - 90% crit and 70 AD, 45% AS (133 Damage per attack average) add in a LW to the 2nd one to make it gold equal and you get 152 damage per attack average (no armor calculation included)

I would love not to be pigeonholed so bad with stormrazor with how ineffective the other items are with the same gold value.
