Conqueror Changes
I know this is no reddit, but I really hope a rioter reads this. Can you guys take a look at the conqueror keystone please? I have to say that I'm glad the true damage portion is being removed and you guys are looking to make the rune feel more fair but there are a few issues I have with this rune.
Here are some base issues with the keystone:
-
It helps champs with not sustain - this seems incredibly good right? This makes up for weaknesses champs with no sustain have by helping them heal up from constant poke, what's the issue? The issue is that this only slightly benefits champions with no sustain while being massively beneficial on champs with sustains already in their kit (Fiora, Aatrox, Darius etc). So in all out scruffs, this rune does not balance out per champion kits and only further enhances advantages one champ has over the next.

The raw ad for later levels (especially late game) is pathetic. At level 18, the runes gives 30 AD at max stats. This is an insanely small AD scale as you get 12 AD level 1 at max stacks and only increasing basically at an additional 1 AD per level. I have no problem with this if your plan is to reduce damage across the board, however, if the other damage keystones are out classing this in the late game, then we have a problem. In hindsight, I feel like this is only an issue if you were to take away the additional healing (which you should).
This is really the only 2 big issues I see with the rune.
