You could give him 20 billion AP and it wouldn't matter, he's still disco nunu because he dies before he can even get his ult off.

Dude has the highest HP in the entire game early and mid due to his Q stacking.
Also his win rate just jumped about 12 percent since the buffs so you are completely wrong here
is pretty much in need of a rework more than buffs - mainly due to how outdated his kit is.

- He's a guerrilla support: poke, retreat, heal up on minions.
- This buff is major for any ADC with AP abilities.
- Are you building him Mage Tank?
