The following.

Infinity edge build cost increased by 300g

Stattik Shiv build cost increased by 300g

Brusiers/fighters given +12 base MR

Klepto gold bag roll range decreased to 30-60g

Relic shield/coin/spell thief's procs given a debuff on minion kill (killing blow) the debuff shuts off the passive gold generation effects.

Vayne : AD steroid on final hour removed.

Tristana : Rocket jump no longer resets on kill/assist.

Twitch : spray and pray ranged decreased by 200 units, attack speed steroid on exiting camouflage reduced.

Base armour for all champions increased by 10.

Sight stone not removed.

Relic/spell thief's/coin line not removed.

That should fix things a little.

Edit : sorry ADC mains the power creep needs to be stemmed, that's why people are making suggestions, I'd say mine are reasonable, delaying the power spike by 600g is nothing, without tackling other issues.

Trists safety needs to come down for her power as does twitches to offer counter play. Vayne already scales crazy hard so the AD steroid is overkill and should go.

Toning down the crazy gold gen of Klepto is a must, along with putting in a way to stop relic shield, spell thief's and coin being abused by discouraging using it on champions that CS (the debuff would be short enough so that relic shield can be used every wave, but they can't be used by tops/mids/adcs effectively because the passive would stay off when they CS)

Armour for everyone again, a must, need to slow down the overbearing damage. MR for top laners a must due to currently getting easily bullied by top lane mages due to lack of early MR.

Not asking for the world, just slowing the pace back down so team play and out play matters again.

Ima go through every point and give my 2 cents about it:

Now see, 300g is A LOT and on top of that you would be nerfing champs that aren't strong / abusing this item MasterYi Yasuo Gangplank . All these champs would get nerfed heavily by this too, you are targeting ADC's with this and should be going with ADC nerfs and not start doing what Riot does everytime Ezreal breaks something. I dont mind a 100g cost increase but 300g is a SHIT TON

Like IE there is just too much collateral DMG to this, also 300g is too radical again.

On a side note I would rather nerf global gold income, FB tower gold, minion kill gold, kill gold, shut down gold etc. rather than increase price on items.

Yeah no we don't need any more power creep. Rather just nerf these guys than to buff Bruisers Ornn Maokai Chogath Jayce Teemo Pantheon , comet and klepto

  1. Klepto gold bag reduced to 30-60g

I would rather delete this alltogether, give klepto just hp pot/mana pot / wards (pink and green) and up the general gold income. To lessen the RNG and making it easier to nerf/adjust

  1. Support items

I don't play support can't say if this is good or not

  1. Vayne no AD on ult

I proposed this too but the thing is.... you need to look at the grand sheme of things, after nerfing her you would need to adjust every ADC on that lvl because otherwise she would just get buffed again. After doing that you need to nerf assassins otherwise we are at "ADCin2k17 LUL" again. After that you would need to nerf Mages otherwise why play asssassins when Mages do the same dmg but from far away. After that you would need to nerf Tanks because they would be dealing 60% of mage/assassin dmg and be 5 times more durable, after that you would need to technically nerf bruiser, but they are weak right now anyway so they would be balanced automatically. The circle would end there but after nerfing champ kits they would be more reliant on items and the game would become very stale and boring, so we need to also nerf gold income or item costs AND THEN everything would be k... this just shows what power creep and faster pacing of the game has done.

7-8) Trist/Twitch nerfs

Explained on point 6 why it wouldn't work so simply

  1. +10 Armor on everyone

We don't need more power creep, + Tanks with their resistance scaling would get buffed more than everyone else and we FOR SURE don't want that either.

10-11) Not removal of support items

I don't play support so I can't say much about this too

Edit: You had your heart in the right place but some of these changes are just too radical or power creep the game even more which we really don't want.
