It's not that effective to w8 in a bush for 1-2 min to get a 1 shot kill , but they nerf it :P ... nothing to say about that meh

Because it's not intended and it was broken as fuck?
It wasn't about camping in a bush for 1-2 minutes to try and get a one shot. It was the continuous poke IN LANE AS A SUPPORT.
Its more about the fact that its obnoxious and degenerate. Put 2 to 3 saplings in a bush and watch as some poor adc/midlaner dies to some unfair gimmick. It deserves the nerfs.
