Singed Poison lets talk about it

Talking about Im interested in what other think about Singed Poison personally it doesn't really seem to dish out that much damage. You can buy a death cap and you end up getting it to do maybe 250 dmg but you have to take into account the champions the other team has picked and their magic resist and to even get good items like that you need to farm A lot . I hope some point down the line Singeds poison dishes out more dmg early game and scale better into late. Because as it is right now I don't think his ap scales unless you have runes but I could be wrong. People should get punished for being to aggressive and chasing Singed rather then having to bait the enemy into chasing you around their Jg for a min to actually get their health low. Anyone feel the same way leave a comment down below. I want to see who else thinks what I'm saying is true. I would like to see what Riot thinks about this as well.
