Proposal: New Item

+ + + 1275g = Soul Pacekeeper

+40 AD +40% Attack Speed +10% Critical Chance +5% Movement Speed UNIQUE Passive - FOCUS: Each autoattack against the same champion grants you a Focus stack, up to a maximun of 10. You deal 10% more damage to that champion for each Focus you have. Switching targets reset the Focus stacks.

This item is directed to those marksman that lack damage at later stages of the game and lack a strong enought steroid to make them have a bad building path rewarding enought to build .

1st, this item is no cost effective without the passive. 2nd, it takes an item slot, and doesn't give anything strong enought to be effective with current itemization paths.
