I can't say I'm a huge fan of this patch....

I honestly don't really like this patch. It is just a massive snowball fest. Massive death timers lead to huge leads from early kills. People are taking inhibs at roughly 20-25 minutes and it just feels like games swing hard one way or the other. Maybe game meta will evolve to safe picks that survive well early vs snowballers but games just feel to fast paced right now.

The average game time this season seemed to have been 30-35 minutes, so that's about right. Unless most games in plat inhibs aren't taken down until 2 minutes before the end.
