We should be able to actually costumize custom games ..

Let me explain ,
i started playing overwatch like a year ago , and i noticed you can modify the rules of a costum game ... like +500% hp and damage... and increase movement speed... and those kind of stuff...

i mean it would be pretty cool to see that happening to league of legends ...

for example , -everyone starts level 18 ... -everyone starts level 1 , exp is harder to get (more minions-monsters) but you start with more gold ... -everyone can cast only their ultimates and auto attacks ... Q-E-W or whatever the creator of the room/match wants to disable ... -lower cdr

i think this will bring a lot of fun into the game... and nobody loses anything after all ... and about the rotating game modes , i believe everyone is bored of playing AR-URF with selected champions from riot , and specially ascession and poro king
