because i know post 6 there's not much counterplay against their KO combos, is there something i'm doing wrong? or is it just pure unfairness that I can outplay them but still get destroyed when just presses R to kill me.
inuitmailman1 votesIt's called kill presence. Usually if youre below half health against a veigar and he lands his full combo on you you'll die. Same with Annie and the others you described. Taking barrier is always a good start but when you think they can kill you... just reset you'll miss some farm but in my experience it's better than letting them kill you and snowball.

It wouldn't be half health - eating a full combo from 90% health would probably kill you.
Moooose31 votesVeigar's ult is now an execute and doesn't scale with enemy's ap so no he doesn't still kill you just by pressing R. He needs to hit you with a stun q w and then ult. So basically use his entire combo. Cleanse into veigar is normally better than barrier. Xerath doesn't have a KO kit he pokes you down and waveclears. Syndra lux fizz and annie buy a negatron cloak or build into banshee's veil.

Veigar is all skillshots, you can dodge everything but his ult. He isnt going to 100-0 is just his ult in the laning phase.

I mean his Q is pretty damn hard to dodge unless you're able to stay out of its range.
That being said Veigar is pretty short ranged in the first place, so everything of his can be dodged like that.

there you go. This guys ult works exactly like Yasuo's wind wall. Even if you see it hit him he can still ult and negate the damage from it.

E or severely reduce it at least like 
and POOF ... the dreaded mage dies cuz he almost cant kill anyone 1v1 cuz CD and no sustain.
meanwhile there is nothing that can specially negate ADCs auto attacks that have no CD, no resource, targeted, deal more damage than most mages Ults and sustain them.
pick 
or any ADC mid for an easy cheese/snowball against any Mage right from level 1 and u wont have to worry about counterpaly later against a dumpstered enemy.
