So I was in my promotion series to Silver III and I won the first game, I lost the second game and then I'm notified I lost my series? Isn't it supposed to be 2 our of 3 that I make it to Silver III? Meaning I was supposed to have one more game to go to decide if I Would make it to Silver III or not?
