its about time u look at garen this champion runs away for 5 seconds under his turret and comes back legit with full hp Nerf his passive or give him mana bar to force him to base. he hardly ever goes b and legit 100% noob champ

His Q gives him 1.5 silence that's enough to harass someone and run away without a problem since they are silenced, if you don't know how to play garen and think he's weak that your problem, garen mains are aggressive with him making his laning pretty damn easy since he can regen under turret

Doge20201 votesHis healing is like 12 health per second when below 40% or 50% health at lvls 1-6. That’s nothing when a champ can easily auto attack and stop the regen from happening at all.
