Can Sivirs E do more -_- to be honest she feels kind of Underwhelming, Like Maybe give an Over shield Based off the Incoming Dmg she would have Taken on a successful spell absorb, or if While holding still not auto attacking while using it, it works as a 1 Second Zhonyas. That Rengar Lock down is Op.

Or maybe make it so Damage you take after Eing gets Healed back after a certain amount of time. it feels like she's just under performing Mostly because of how she builds making her very Niche. I mean Draven starts Vayne starts Sivir starts if she doesn't have some sort of Heal in her kit, your just eventually going to get Outpoked, and it gets to a point that her Q/W just don't even matter anymore.

i would rather remove it entirely since an ability like that has no place on an adc its a get out of jail free card and it not only doesn't fit the role, it doen't fit the champion, nor their lore

if playing against sivir wasnt aids enough, get ready for when she has morgana as her support

i would make her e like a dash of some sort but that requires actual skill to use like for example when she uses q, her e throws out a rope that pulls her to a place where the q and the rope met

basically an adc version of jarvan so you can potentially throw ult and then fly in like indiana johnes and tear some shit up
