Gnar's stats
So can we fix his base stats so he atleast has the same health as adc's because he actually has less now.

Nobody except the 17 Gnar mains wants Gnar back in the meta
No they only want Lucian and vayne going top not champs like gnar who actually get punished somewhat for being range and have poorer scaling
