As a mid lanner I was really happy when the SKT skins were announced, but now with complete destruction of Azir and the incredibly weak rework of ryze I don't even see the point of buying them.

Azir still has a dominant late game. His damage just suffers early now. If you can farm while not dying, you will still be able to shit on people in teamfights. I don't know if you have seen the damage graphs, but his early game is weaker, but scales up to the damage he was putting out before the changes.
They don't know how to play Azir correctly then. His kit might have been tweaked a little bit, but his soldiers still pump out damage. If people are flying in pretending to be fuckin batman and getting 1v5 dumpstered before his team can do anything, well, that's on them. If he acts like a regular mage and positions himself correctly, he pumps out the deeps.
