Mord needs to be tweaked and given an updated model

Mord used to be a really fun champion to play, you always felt like you were doing something instead of hanging back. he was one of the few champions that had an awesome poke game all on its own, trying to perfect JUST the right time to smack them with your siphon right on the edge of the range then backing off a few feet. was a very interactive champion. then the tweaks came that supposedly "improves" him... his cone was attached to him, completely wrecking his kit, I went from playing mord every other game to never playing him again basically. destroyed anything fun about this champion and that technical skill players used to be able to posses with him. attaching his cone made him a sloppy champion.

He currently has one of the worst character models in the game on top of his ruined kit.

Riot isn't giving him attention because he isn't played alot...

a real paradox

his model needs to be increased in size and cleaned up a bit. his kit needs to be changed so siphon is an unattached spell or atleast give players the options. other then that you don't see him too much in high rank play, I'm sure he could use tweaks, add a few variables here or there, I think mechanically his kit is fine though.
