Seems like they basically just buffed everything about him... he never struck me as UP and his cannon in particular I always found pretty devastating. Then again I don't play high ranked play so I could be wrong. it just seems like a huge change all in one direction.
yep, totally undeserved buffs, hell becomne probably quite popular in pro play(already is in some regions) 50 base more on ranged Q, 70more on E+Q combo...strikes me a bit crazy...

I think riot is going to realize that was a mistake real fast.
Jayce has one of the lowest win rates top lane, without even having a high play rate.
I haven't seen him often, but he appears to not be in a good spot.
