There is a thorough data breakdown on this site http://lolalytics.com/champion/Kayle/ which you can use along with whatever tips you end up getting from people for her.

I'm not playing her support neither top with a duo jungle yi.. i want to play her solo.
You will still play solo. No need duo.
Playing Kayle as a support is horrible. With Kayle you either build to carry or don´t even pick her.
You still carry cause heal and invulnerability.
Masteries: [18/12/0 or 18/0/12 Fervor of Battle] OR [12/18/0 Stormraider's Surge] *You can go Thunderlord's Decree, too, but since the game code changes by Riot, you can't proc it in 2 hits anymore.
Runes: AS Reds, Armor or Scaling HP Yellows, Scaling/Flat CDR Blues, and 3x AS or 2x AS/1x Scaling CDR Quints. The goal of the runes is to supplement your build with 10%-20% CDR.
Start: Dorans + 2 Pots
First Back: Stinger (1100g), Boots/Daggers (300g), Sheen (1050g), and/or Fiendish Codex (900g) Your goal is to rush Nashor's Tooth.
Boots are situational: Berserker's by default, Mercury Treads for CC heavy lane/enemy team, or Ninja Tabi for AA/AD/Lethality heavy lane/enemy team.
After Nashor's is done start on Guinsoo's, unless you are running 10% CDR in which case you might want to opt for Sheen or Caulfield's Hammer.
When Guinsoo's is complete, you are free to build as you need.
Runaan's Hurricane: for the team fighting capability; many find this item as a core.

Phantom Dancer + Death's Dance: Serve as a high damage, ranged bruiser. Build these two together.
Lich Bane: Split-pushing strategy; also great for bursting enemies; this is core item for AP Kayle.
Wit's End/Void Staff: Enemy has MR? Build one of these two. Void Staff for AP builds, Wit's End for AP heavy teams. Wit's End is a better pick in many cases because it is a flat -25 MR shred, and gives MR and AS.
Blade of the Ruined King: You are now a tank shredder. Don't build unless your team is AP heavy or they have many tanks.
Rabadon's Deathcap: For the AP-oriented burst build.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter/Frozen Mallet: Take your pick of slow if you want it.
Guardian Angel: It's a 1UP.
If the game has dragged on to 45+ mins, I say "Welcome to Hell." Sell your Berserker's Greaves and pick up a Phantom Dancer. If you have Phantom Dancer, then sell your boots for Guardian Angel or some of the items above. If you are somehow flooded with gold at this point AND your enemy has stacked MR AND the enemy does not have Randuin's, sell Nashor's and another item for Essence Reaver + Infinity Edge. You now serve as a secondary ADC.

Question, when to go fervor and when to go stormraiders ? Is there specific case where one is better than the others ? And what does a classic full build would look like and in what order ? Other than that, great information ! Thanks !
Example Full Builds:
with 10% CDR from runes
with 18-20% CDR from runes
with 10% CDR from runes.
with 18-20% CDR from runesI generally build On-Hit or Bruiser. As you can see the last 2 items are situational and is based on your play-style or needs. Again boots are situational choose the one you need. Most games will end at around Runaan's though, so just think before you complete your build. Think about how you will counter the enemy team in Champion Select and choose your runes and masteries accordingly.
I go Fervor by default. If you are very good at orb walking/kiting/attack moving and don't mind the loss of ramping DPS go Stormraider's.
