I kinda like this patch because of that. I've seen a myriad of combinations down in bot lanes that I almost feel like im playing dota.

Bot lane meta will not change, so many times they tried, but its always the same, because if you completely remove adc from bot, they have nowhere to go, riot balanced adcs around the fact that they have a support, they are useless otherwise and cant really fit anywhere, as they have almost no chance to 1v1 anything, and are way to team reliant, with a few exceptions, so I doubt there would be any major change whatsoever. At most you could see adcs go jungle/top with a supp.
