Remember how Viktor got everything delayed in MYMU and was dominating only because of Rylai?

Rylai got gutted long time ago and since then Viktor got left in the dumpster. I don't remember seeing him (not counting ARAM or ARURF) otherwise than that one game I picked him out of nostalgia (picked a champ out of nostalgia, that says something) and fed hard.

AP items are trash. Late games are non-existent. Everything he has is so delayed there's no way you land a second tick of it unless you manage to land W stun - which is delayed again and absolutely useless when there is hardly one champion in the enemy team that has no mobility or even mobility on longer CD!

Come on, Zed got buffs because Rito thought it would be nice to see him! But Viktor is being ignored for a year I believe? He was common pick in LCS! Despite being far in the fair champions spectre! Yes, his Q burst in late game is disgusting, but EVERY ADC does the same with 1/3 of Viktor's cooldown and from double his range!

How come?

Remember when they nerfed his E made so he couldn't waveclear until level 9?

But then in the MYMU they made so he could waveclear from level 5 but made every spell delayed?

And now they want to nerf his waveclear again while they buff the rest of his kit?

What do you expect from those clowns at Riot exactly?

I remember that Viktor was considered a troll pick for years until the rework. Then he was suddenly broken and nerfed again to unplayable state.
