/Remake and IP

just a little thought I had and I'm sure many others did too "Why don't I get IP if the enemy remakes?" considering 20 minute games are worth 75ip if you win why do we not receive 10ip for having to invest 3 minutes of our time only to suffer from /remake that yields no resources which we play the game for that include but are not limited to: Exp. Gains, IP, and Fun just my 2 cents atleast give the "winning" side some form of compensation for having to deal with that non sense.
