um Why didn't the game give me a chest?

I just got an S and have chests available yet it gave me no chest can someone explain what's wrong? am I missing something?

you can only get one chest per champ each season. this is to make players try new champs and get good with them. so if you already have a nami chest, you won't get another nami chest until next season.
Have you already gotten a Chest with Nami this season?
