With the speed nerf to LeBlanc's W. Is she not OP anymore?

Just wondering since i've always liked LB for her playstyle. But sort of stopped lately due to her being considered OP, and almost every game I tried using her in I was accused of "Meta sheeping" or some other stupid thing.

So basically, is she balanced now? Or close enough to being so where people will stop QQ'ing about me using her?

She's much easier to lane against because her combo is really slow now. Like recently I managed to catch a Leblanc trying to dash kill me under my tower and ulted her to death As Malzahar.

She was honestly balanced before, but her lane phase was stupidly oppressive. Now you can actually fight against her in lane with more than 2 champions.

This is more or less what riot intended. They added counter play potential without really targeting her actual power.

Honestly, as someone who has played her a fair bit(Simply because I like her kit, she could have been considered the weakest champ in the game and I'd still use her) I DO notice the speed change, mostly when trying to dodge things.

For my usual Q+W harass combo, I actually PREFER this "nerfed" form, as I never land my W before the Q lands anymore, and thereby I always proc the Q damage(Occasionally I would W too soon and beat my Q to the target pre "nerf").

But when dodging Skillshots the new speed is a pain. It used to be I could use my W to jump left out of the way of a skillshot, and unless they knew where I was landing I'd probably dodge it. Now they can basically just shoot it in the direction I'm jumping and it'll most likely hit me while I'm travelling, which is probably a good thing overall so she's not so safe.. But it IS a lot harder to dodge things with it now.
