For real, I used to main her, but to start the game with 46 base ad, are you kidding me, who the fck nerfed her base ad to 46?!!!!!!

lol that patch (5.22) happened in November because they tweaked all her abilities. Love Tap makes up for the reduced AD.

I used to enjoy playing Miss Fortune too and she really seemed to be in a good place, but then RIOT made these changes to her kit... something about identity and uniqueness, blah, blah... and then I found she wasn't as fun to play anymore. Part of it was that RIOT just seemed to be changing her kit for the sake of changing it and then the next part was the complication of Love Tap which was just annoying to have to use in lane. Maybe those mechanically skilled Diamond players like it, idk, but for me MF just stopped being what I expected from MF and I started to wonder is she morphing into a different champion? What is RIOT doing here? So I stopped playing her.

its really no big deal, her kit makes up for it with how well she scales with ad. but i will say MissFortune vs Jhin is a ~~little~~ very disheartening with the ridic amount of free AD... and execute damage... with free crit that guy gets...

Her base stats were trashed to give her a ridiculous ultimate.

I wanna play her and her laning phase is a bit strong but kinda no point to play her when you can buy item 3085 on a longer ranged or mobile champion and be a mobile cooldownless MF ultimate with other perks.

She has a lot of power spread between her 3 skills Q, W, E: like I literally can't decide what to max; even testing extra W ranks. Q is Q but ranking it is mostly for CD the dmg doesn't go up too much, the rank 1 base is decent. W ends up being the 2nd best AS steroid in the game and maxed W lets you gun down a minion wave with her passive: it's just not the same without the old ramping up dmg though. E while expensive is good peel and can be very annoying to play against; was hella OP before it got gutted with essence reaver compensating for the mana cost of it.

Currently trying experimental builds with her like black cleaver or DD + PD. Ultimately more mobile or Runaans carries are too OP tho.
