Banshee's Veil Recommended Item

Normally I understand it takes a while for recommended items to follow up on item changed and new items. However I can no longer stand to see champions like with a 70 ap Banshee's Veil as a recommended defense item and I know she is not the only one. I have spotted many other heavy ad champions with the item in recommended. I would love to see an exception made to the pace of recommended changes and just to have Banshee removed from sets or something so inexperienced players don't get trolled without realizing what they're buying.
