Whenever I play against him he 100-0s me in 1s even with no items. But when I play him his E deals normal damage. People can just stand in it and nothing extraordinary happens. I thought I should just spam E all the time (literally all the time), but that doesn't help. So what am I missing?

kingDeDeDarius1 votesCleaver has less ad and the percent pen is less effective at burst than lethality items against Squishies, so you probably want at least 2-3 lethality items (youmuus for sure for the active in order to chase) and you'll want I.E. as well as maybe one more crit item. Then cleaver or deaths dance or whatever
