Teemo either needs to be taken out of the game or make it so that he isn't so strong in the top lane because that's the only spot he is played and it is unfair to a lot of top laners that he is s fast and ranged mainly in blind pick where we go to have fun but teemo is always there to make sure that doesn't happen ever.
Teemo needs a rework, but not for any of the reasons in the OP.
guess all ranged champions with mobility have to be reworked now
Yes but there are worse champions for melees like lissandra and vayne

He isn't overpowered but he is frustrating as hell. I think he needs a nerf (maybe not a nerf but a change ?) , not because he is too strong but because of the frustration. Riot has been nerfing some champions that were "not fun to play against" So i don't understand why teemo shouldn't get a change? Just because he is iconic ? a mascot ?

ok i agree that teemo is rediculously over powered but i have to dissagree on it always being top i have seen numeros times teemo being mid, i mostly play ahri mid and have played against numerous teemo's... due to his increased movement speed it becomes much harder for me personally to hit all my skill shots, as well as his passive witch makes him dissapear he can wait in lane then harass as soon n range then bolt out at extreme speeds, and his damage is ridiculous damage and damage over time are obsured
