i mean most champs can't really deal champs/second unless they are really fed... or choose Rengar, But it sure does feel like every champ can in this current meta.
No sweetheart you all have been asking for ages. If you haven't noticed they don't give a shit about the NA market and are focusing on Asia, where quick games are more enjoyable there and bring in more viewers in that market. You don't matter
