RIOT can you change the health packs on aram. So people that are full health cannot take them. A graves that trolled us literally lost us the game because he took every single health pack there was from his team. He would flash for them dash into the enemy team to take them from us. he did everything he could to keep his teammate from taking them. It was stupid. he didnt need a single one of the health packs he took.

Sometimes it's better to take the HP pack so the enemy team can't get it, even if you're full HP. Trolls can abuse that but to be honest if they wanted to troll they'd find a way, going so far as to intentionally feed or AFK. The game can't really be balanced around trolls
