Every champion has a dash or is completely useless, every new champion has a dash, I can't play a game without atleast 1/2 the people in the game having a dash or more.

Try playing Lissandra , she came out when mobility was FAIR and has a 17 second cooldown on her mobility spell. Meanwhile new champions can jump round the map for free and no cost.

This is spot on. Every time Riot makes a new champ they kill off several old champions. And it revolves around mobility.
