Champions that can actually directly win lane against Illaoi?

Has anyone had good success with any particular champions against ? I feel like she is pretty much impossible to "all-in" with the tentacles smacking you while healing her, especially if she has ult. She can just rush a defensive item like or and still do insane sustained damage. I feel like the best bet against her would be a ranged champion but I don't really play ranged champions. When I'm top I'm pretty much just forced to waveclear and then roam and have pressure elsewhere. It feels like it's only a matter of time before your turret falls when you are against her so you better pressure somewhere else and make sure mid and/or bot tower goes down in return.
