I know it's currently the best item in the game, but still no one builds it. Give it 70-80 armor, i don't care if you increase the cost. Just so people will notice it.

It was designed to give tanks the ability to split push. As such, it isn't the best Tank item in the game. And you probably didn't pick a tank with the intent to split push. As a result. It should never appear in a standard build, only as something to build in response to in game threats.
I have tried using it as a support item. But for supports, Banner of Command is almost always a better option.
