Not to mention the part where lucian, sivir, and ahse are all still stupidly broken strong, lucian having been so for 2 years now. It is most definitely NOT time to nerf twitch. he should probably actually get a buff to be competitive with kallista's infinite stacking mechanics, to be honest.
