Morgana is strong against Riven

While snared, Riven is unable to use two of her abilities, meaning if you snare her as morgana, implying that she doesnt have merc treads, she can only ult and do melee range attacks for 3 full seconds. i have died as riven countless times due to being snared in a bad spot. long duration snares and stuns screw her up. of course, this is implying that you actually hit her with your cc. that's why you pick morgana, if anyone can dodge that every time, they are a god.

I understand where you are coming from but morgana doesn't really shut riven down if anything. If you miss your snare, you are screwed since she will all in you, not to mention she has all that mobility to dodge your snares if anything and will probably freeze lane.

i can understand the idea of the shield, but riven only does ad damage. chances are she should be able to get to level 2 before a morgana pretty fast and one quick silver sash to remove the snare and shield blocks damage, considering she will get to level 2 before a morgana she can also freeze the lane pretty easily and engage you pretty easily you miss Q level one you have no escape you take W level one you have no escape >.< if she engages on you yea you can Q her, but i don't see it a counter
