Junglers are usually behind in gold. Relic shield grants passive gold. It also allows you to tax your laners without putting them behind. It's quite cheap- 350 gold only, a great investment if you ask me.

My Sea Cow1 votespersonally I wouldn't get it...you're not putting your laners behind if you're getting a successful gank...and you shouldn't be taxing if it's not successful (i.e. getting a summoner spell used or kill). It's a waste of an item on a jungler IMO
Shuyin1781 votesIf it's the laner's fault the gank failed (didn't go in with me even though I pinged and they were in prime position to do it) then I take a minion or 2 before I go on with my life.
But no, I would not get Relic.

For starters it delays core items. Tank junglers already have access to a chunkof HP with cinderhulk, what they need afterwords are resistances.
