Buff Ahri
Let's be honest guys, Ahri is pretty fucking garbage right now so I suggest that when her E hits an enemy champion her damage to that champion is amplified by 20%. This would make her actually able to kill people! :D

I don't know if you are making a joke about Ahri's E amplifying her dmg in a previous season or if you are serious about this.
I'd say Ahri is in a pretty good spot at the moment. Don't forget that they removed the amplification dmg and gave her INSANE mobility on her Q instead. She was pretty safe when she only had her ult and her charm. Now she is even safer with a movement speed bonus simply by throwing Q somewhere added in her kit.
She can still burst an adc with a spell rotation. She still does a lot of dmg. She is still extremely safe. She doesn't need buffs.
I agree with Fluffy Kitsune. Ahri's in a decent shape right now. That could change in the soon-ish future, but as of now, she's pretty well balanced. Her mobility is amazing, her charm is fine, and she does decent damage. In fact, 2 of her usual combos usually whittles down a champion early game (the rest more or less depends) to the point where a little more + an ult can kill it, herself, solo. And farming couldn't be easier.
Screw that. I'm going against these Ahris that cap their CDR and are impossible to catch or kill without like 2-3 people.
That does not need a buff.
Unless you're using a mobile champion yourself, it is impossible to deal with her unless the person playing her makes a mistake.
