Champ select report option.

I know this has been brought upt before, but i think its something that needs to happen. A lot of times there are people who are extremely toxic in champ select. Im pretty sure this is to try to get people to dogde for them when they dont get what they want. There doesnt seem to be a way to report these people, and there should be.
