So, it seems riot is having a problem with IP especially for people who have been playing forever. And with the new Rune changes coming out and making them free.

Why not make IP be spent on customizing.... Summoner's Rift and other game modes?

You already have a couple done. Such as the Winter Snow map. And now the Arcade (and probably more that I don't know of D:) so why not make it so you can customize the map you play on?

Making each map 100k IP or something like that. Would bring a fresh atmosphere to summoner's rift for the people who are getting bored with the original.

eh eventually that might be a thing, it'd have to be somewhat minimal because new players can't buy this AND all the champions.

but I've been needing something to do with all my Ip these days and rune removal hasn't helped things.
