So I think the new runes are pretty great. I run full CD lux and have a 30 second R CD. The enemy gave up. I wonder how low it would have gone late game. I think you all complaining focus too much on the damage aspect. There is more to this game than that.You no longer have the lux thunderlords burst at level 2, but full CDR lux is something to behold.

din18121 votesyou have a batter but harder to pull of combo at lvl 2 with lux and you can have less then 15 sec cd on you ult if you kill with it
Metleon1 votesYou still have Arcane Comet, which does similar damage to Thunderlord's. It's pretty easy to hit and guaranteed if you hit a Q.
