He needs Base health and Health growth nerfs so he can't rush . So he can't clean well , be faster , do more dmgs , have more reliable ganks without giving his tankiness up like any other champ would .

if this kind of nerf isn't good . Just give him the elise treatment : thinner E hitbox + Ms and Dmg nerfs .
