Selling Runes and Editing Them Before Matches

Why not?

It's already annoying enough to keep upgrading rune pages after hitting 10 or 20, so why can't we sell our previous ones even if at a reduced price? Also, just being able to edit rune pages before matches would reduce the need for additional pages and would be quite easy to actually do in-game as well.

What are your thoughts?
