losing after winning lane

Hello all, I think this happened to everyone at least once, so everyone knows it's seriously frustrating. To get over it I thought about how and why this happens and especially how to prevent it. Here are my thoughts on it:

  1. You can't get fed. possible reasons: -ganks prevent you from pushing -enemy outranges you and plays safe -your team stays on your lane and prevents you from farming/overpushes, resulting in your death solution: ? 2.your enemy gets fed possible reasons:-an enemy lane wins harder then you (works with scenario 1 as well) -pro jungler -your enemy is a better ganker than you and gets fed on other lanes (Katarina especially) solutions:-communication and wards! -map/team awareness -practice ganking

What are your thoughts on this? I couldn't think of a solution for 1, if you've got one please share it with me. Also please tell me if I forgot something.

What are you talking about in #3 of 1? Jungler pushing your lane for you after he ganks? That's cue for you to back, buy, and heal up. Jungler pushing your lane while you're dead? 90% of the time, it's really not his fault because the lane is already pushing. By clearing it faster, you allow a quicker reset time to equilibrium after it pushes to their tower.

If you die, it's because of something you did. Even if your allies messed up or baited you, you ultimately did something wrong and thus it's your fault for dying. It's frustrating when an ally messes up your laning, but you're ultimately to blame for not adapting and dying because of it.

It´s mostly due to people picking for their lane only without having a plan in mind how to teamfight with their team-comp or any plans for snowballing a lead through midgame. I often end up picking losing matchups when I´m confident I can have more impact with them midgame for my team if I just play the lane a little defensive and more or less even
