What to do when you're not in control?

Hi all,

What do you do when you realize you've lost the poke game, and you're not in control of CS in your lane? (inb4 call the jungle, obviously)

I play mostly Ranked Solo. I prefer to play ADC and I've started to realize, there are games where I control the flow of CS and poke, and other games where I'm forced to cower under my tower. What to do when I feel like my support is Arnie Grape, and my jungle has his eyes on another lane?

you try not to die, get the cs you can, and wait for an opportunity. if you don't get an opportunity then you hope your team is making up for it somewhere else on the map. if your team is losing everywhere then you lose and move on to the next game.
