Is it just me or are things super buggy and servers super spotty lately?

yep, the internet as a whole is slowing down too...there's too many cellphones online XD (sorta not a joke post with a hint of seriousness)

i'm playing fine for some reason my ping at 400-700, so a little delay, wait, wtf? I can't move, I was doing fine, no! dies while character sits still and only auto attacks whatever he was attacking or is attacked by oh, then those moments where you lag and actually flash backwards into the enemy team because it registers the command a few seconds after you do it XD
