@ Riot: 15 min block for Poro King dodge!? My first dodge in over a month!!!!???

I just dodged a Poro king que b/c someone banned by intended champ and told me to F**k off!

I was expecting the usual 5 mins before joining another que like always! when did this happen?; and PLEASE revert it!

Forcing me into a 20 + min game with someone who starts thing off like THAT is just asking for people to be toxic! The old system gave you at least one chance to avoid such crap a day without ruining your League time. Please put it back to 5 minutes for first dodge!

It's been like this for a while. The penalty can be different depending on the game mode you queued for because not all queues have the same kinds of queue times. Dodging for something that isn't played as much as SR for example can waste a lot of people's time.

I'm not 100% sure on how LeaverBuster works, so I can't say if that played any part in it.
