Not sure if this is a problem with everyone, but I pick jg as my primary and adc as secondary. I just want to play my main jg in ranked but like 2 out of my 7 games I get adc and it is effecting my winrate greatly. I want Riot to fix this problem, I literaly never get my primary pick ever in ranked or even in norms.

So, you're saying your primary gets picked 1/5 times.
You primary jungle and secondary ADC. You get ADC 2 times, so you get jungle 5 times? 5/7? That's not 1/5. Now that we've established you're overexagerrating for effect.
You understand what primary and secondary mean right? The system is working perfectly. You want jungle the most, you got it 5/7. However, you also want ADC but not as much. Hence, 2/7. Match making sometimes can't let you have jungle.
Also, don't complain about your win rate. You're an absolute shit player if you can't function outside of your main. Riot won't let you simply climb to Plat playing only jungle and then throw games when given other responsibilities.
