I think it is bull shit that Riot got rid of this in the first place. I think most people who played this game before S6 just let the game lock in for you when the countdown timer ended. When the update came I "dodged" like 5 games cuz that's how I would lock in. Now every now and then I would forget about it and get out on a temporary wait time just to get into queue. Just now like 5 min ago, I was in ranked champion select getting my 10 games and then guess what... Last pick and got the perfect champion for the game to probably win the game, i was talking to my team 3 2 1, kicked from the game. Now I have to wait 30 min just to get into a game. I'm not even sure I have a loss counted against me for that(I've heard that it counts as a loss by other people, never happened to me)

I feel like it was an unnecessary removal of something and I don't want another person have to be punished for locking in. Plz vote in the poll I made. If someone smarter than me can do something better to get Riot's attention. Plz comment. Also comment your opinion about this situation.

why i don't see a valid reason NOT to have it in the game. (other than perhaps people locking into a champ that would be stupid to use vs what the enemy just picked, and now they cant change) and frankly i would like to be able to lock in and then use the restroom or something before the match it really is your own fault. riot DID make the game pop up to the front of the screen, and make a loud noise.. they made it make a noise when your champ was banned or picked, or what its your turn to pick or ban.

while i do think it would speed up the process a tiny bit. its not like the game didn't TELL you. unless are AFK this really isn't an issue...

This is getting really hard for me to get used to. I have ADHD. I literally was sitting there at the computer waiting for my champion to lock in but then the client made me "dodge." I haven't played for 1.5 years and just got back. This is incredibly hard to get used to. I've "dodged" like 5 games today.

totally agree ive been playing for years and when i came back i dodged like 4 games totally unintentionally cause im used to the game locking in for me while im selecting my spells, runes and editing mastery sets. i need the full 30 sec almost all the time and getting kicked out while im editing my masteries is super annoying. the new launcher is very smooth and sleek but this feature doesnt reflect that at all.
